My name is Andaleeb-I’m a Mindset Coach and creator of Positive Minded Kids.

I created my business because I have a passion for mindset. I truly believe that the mind is such a powerful tool that we can use to have anything we desire in life.

I created my business because I want moms to learn mindset strategies so they can stop feeling overwhelmed and start having more clarity to take action in the things that they want to do in their life.

Whether that means just having a peaceful home where everyone is content or you taking steps towards that big goal that you buried deep within you, I am here to help you with rewiring your mind so you can get your subconscious mind working FOR you rather than against you. Most women don’t realize that their subconscious programs (your beliefs) are responsible for about 95% of your daily activities.

That means if you are not actively working on your mindset, that you are allowing your past to dictate your present and future.

I see moms overwhelmed and feeling guilty for things that is essential for their wellbeing simply because their old programs allowed them to believe this.

That’s NOT what I want for you though. I want you to be the one in charge of your life. I want you to use your mind to help you achieve all those things you desire.

I want you to step out that guilt, and change the way you view yourself so you can have the tools necessary to get you what you want and more importantly feel excited to live a life that you truly love.

My Story:

As a young mom of three, I often felt like I wasn’t living my life the way I wanted to. I was always ambitious and always knew I wanted more than just being a wife and mom.

To make matters worse, the day-to-demands that motherhood brought for me, often had me feeling resentful, agitated, overwhelmed and my children would get the burden of it.

My patience was running low and I often snapped at them which of course made me feel like I was such a horrible mother.

I knew I had to change something. I knew deep down that my kids were just being kids and that there was some underlying problem going on within ME that I needed to RESOLVE.

That’s when I found the world of mindset. The idea that you can be, do, and have ANYTHING that you set your mind to allow something to click for me. It was my way out of it all. My way out of feeling the endless spiral of overwhelm, agitations, frustration, worthlessness, and of course guilt. I  had cracked the code and gotten to the bottom of my struggles. I began to see clarity in my life and I started to reach my goals so easily. I feel as if I live each day with purpose and on those off moments, I know how to move past it to find contentment again. All this by implementing a mindset practice and creating a routine that I genuinely look forward to each and every day.

How it works:

This 1:1 coaching program is a 12-week HIGH TOUCH HIGH-LEVEL PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM. That brings the support, accountability, customization, and benefits of 1-on-1 coaching! It will include exercises and activities to learn the in and outs of getting your mindset practice going and strong. As my private client, my coaching will be CUSTOMIZED for you & YOUR lifestyle. You get weekly coaching calls for strategy, implementation, support, and clarity. That’s a total of 12 coaching calls!

You will also have a copy of the teaching slides sent to you each week as well as the recording of our zoom call to refer back to some of the lessons taught on the call.

I’ll also be throwing in my Mindful Moms, Mindful Kids ebook to help you learn the basics of the mindset strategies that we go more in-depth within the program.

Here is the breakdown of what we will cover in these 12 weeks:

Here you will commit to learning the mindset practices in the program as well as commit to implementing them. You will receive a training video where you will have lifetime access to view breaking down the basic of mindset and the importance of it. On our call, you will declare a goal that you will like to have achieved by the end of the program. Don’t have a specific goal in mind? No worries, with a few exercises, I  can help you identify something that you want that may have gotten buried deep within you.  You will learn all about the science-based research about goal setting and what you need to do to make it more likely you will reach your goal. You’ll also receive exercises for you to complete and my check-ins to keep you on track and accountable. 

Objective: By the end of the module, you will have identified a goal you would like to have started by the end of this program. 

All about limiting beliefs. You will learn all about limiting beliefs, what they are, how they are affecting your life, and what you can about them. In a video training, I will also cover HOW to identify limiting beliefs. You will then identify the limiting beliefs that are currently stopping you from starting to take action towards that goal that you want. You will also be given worksheets and activities to help you through this process. Once you identify your limiting beliefs, you will then be ready to start changing those limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs. On our call this week, you will get individualized support to help you along with this process.You are now ready to start rewiring your mind and you are one step closer to reaching your goal! 

The objective for this week: By the end of this module you will have identified limiting beliefs that are getting in the way of your goals and come up with empowering beliefs to focus on while you start to rewire your mind.

Before we start the process of rewiring your mind, this week you will learn all about the benefits of being in a state of awareness so you can have the tools necessary to start enjoying your life more and being in a state of calm and gratitude is the way to do this. In the video training, this week you will learn the importance of mindfulness and gratitude. We will cover various mindfulness and gratitude practices and I will show you how to do it so that you may choose the one that works best for you. Mindfulness and gratitude practices help shift our perception to focus on what really matters: YOU and all the wonderful things you currently have in your life. This practice is going to help you get closer to your goal because you are focusing on shifting your perception and energy to be in a state of joy and gratitude. This practice will help you when the inevitable down moments in your life occur and you want to give up on your goal. This will also help in creating momentum for you to keep taking those action steps that you need to get closer to your goal. 

Objective: After this week, you will have a mindfulness and gratitude practice that you will implement consistently in the weeks to come as part of your mindset practice.

We are going to start the process of rewiring your mind!! In a video training, this week you will learn all about how powerful affirmations and visualization are! You will learn all about affirmations and visualizations that teach you the importance of each, and how to use both properly to start rewiring your mind. We will cover various ways to practice visualization so you can experiment and choose the best one that works for you. You will receive a list of common affirmations that many people use and benefit from. On our call together, we will also come up with a customized list that’s tailored for you and your goals. 

Objective: By the end of this week, you will know how to use affirmations and visualization to start rewiring your mind.

We are going to start a journaling practice that will allow you to clear your mind so you can remain focus on the things you need to in order to get closer to your goal. In this video lesson, you will learn the scientific benefits of journaling, as well as some of the best journaling, prompts that will help you continue to take action. We will cover various purposes for journaling and you will be provided with journal prompts for each. 

Objective: By the end of this module, you will have learned the benefits of journaling and come up with a plan to incorporate it into your mindset practice. 

Now that you’ve learned all about the essential mindset strategies that are going to help you rewire your mind and allow you to achieve your goal, you now are ready to put it all together to create a routine of some sort so can find a way for it to fit in your lifestyle. In this week’s video, you will learn about various planning methods as well as how to effectively manage your time so you can take the action necessary. You will be given various options and some examples of ways to create a routine and effectively plan your day. 

Objective: By the end of this lesson, you will have a planning method and a routine in place to start putting all the strategies to work consistently. 

This week you will do research and come up with a plan to start taking actionable steps towards achieving your goal. Whether your goal is big or small, you can start taking steps immediately once you have a plan in place. This week’s lesson will be all about the importance of breaking your goal into micro goals and coming up with a plan to put this into action. When your mindset practice is down and you start implementing it properly, you’ll see that you’ll want to take steps towards your goal. I will provide you with some examples in how to break down your goal into bite-sized actionable steps that you then use to come up with some sort of timeline for you to reach your goal. I will help you plan these steps and map out a timeline for you for the next week, month, and quarter,


By the end of this week, you will have a plan in place alongside your mindset practice, to start taking consistent action towards your goal.

This week you will learn by watching the video training all about fears and how they can lead to self-sabotage. You will learn the most common fears and how to identify the fears that may be keeping you stuck towards your goals. You will do some exercises to identify your most common fears and you will learn how to work with your fears so they don’t keep you from your growth journey. You will learn how to become more comfortable with your fears and will learn how to improve your confidence.

These next weeks will be spent putting all these practices to work. It’ll be filed with accountability and me answering any questions that come up along the way. We will dive deep in your actionable plan and your mindset practice and I will be the accountability that you need to ensure you reach that goal. We can also use this time to continue to work on your mindset blocks and limiting beliefs using different mindset strategies for the more stubborn beliefs that may need more attention.
